Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped!
Once your order has been shipped you will receive confirmation and tracking codes. If we are unable to fill your order or the items are backordered, you will be notified and you will have the option of canceling the order or waiting for the backorder to be fulfilled.
Return Policy
Here at Gone Bananas Beachwear we treasure exceptional customer service. In order to be able to continue that trend on the web, we are happy to accept swimwear returns up to 15 days from the date of receipt and we can accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns/exchanges past 30 days. Please e-mail sales@gonebananasbeachwear.com to aquire an RA# for your return. Please also be sure to fill out the Gone Bananas Return/Exchange Form Customers may returns merchandise in person at our store location. You must have the original credit card used to make the purchase and appropriate identification.
***Note: This return policy only governs merchandise purchased from our online store. In store purchases are goverend by the return policies posted in store.
Can I return a swimsuit I have purchased from your website?
Yes you can return an item you have purchased from our website as long as it was not noted as a non-returnable item. The items must have been purchased in the last 15 days and be unused and in re-sellable condition. Just e-mail info@gonebananasbeachwear.com or sales@gonebananasbeachwear.com to obtain an RA# and please fill out the return form to include with your merchandise: Gone Bananas Return Form
Can I still return a purchase after 15 days?
Yes. You can return a purchase within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. Once again the items must be unused and in re-sellable condition.
How do I ship back a return/exchange?
In order to be able to offer you one of the best swimwear return policies on the internet, if you choose to send an item back to us, the return shipping is the customers responsibility. Any shipping carrier is acceptable although if you ship via USPS please be sure you can track and confirm delivery. It is not Gone Bananas' responsiblity for lost packages because of the carrier or the customer.

Can I return a purchase if I used a discount code?
Yes, you can return a purchase if you used a discount code. If you make a return using a "free ground shipping discount code" the orignal $6.99 shipping charge will be applied to your return.
Shipping Policy
Standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states via FED-EX is $6.99 per order. Expect your purchase be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (if there is a backorder, you will be notified in that time). Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, please see shipping options below for additional options and prices. Here at Gone Bananas we make our best efforts to offer you the lowest shipping rates possible and are not attempting to profit by overcharging shipping charges.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed at approximately 10:00 am Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped approximately at 3:00 pm the day your order has been processed. It is possible that your order may be processed after 3:00 pm. We make every effort possible to get your order out ASAP. Most order leave our store the day ordered. That's good news! Some items may be backordered though, please be aware there is a possible 3-7 business day processing time for some items. You will be notified if this is the case.
How will I know if my order was backordered?
If your order was backordered and we could not provide you with your purchase in the time requested, then you will recieve an e-mail or phone call informing you of the circumstances. For example, if you order 2nd day shipping but we cannot get the item to you in the allotted time we will inform you.
I live in Hawaii or Alaska what are my shipping options?
If you live outside the contiguous 48 states then you must choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as those are the only shipping means available via Fed-Ex. If you need USPS, occasional special circumstances can be presented to us via phone or E-mail.
